Returns

All jewelry is final sale with no option for returns or exchanges. For clothing and swimwear, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

If you are not happy with your purchase, unworn and undamaged items can be returned in new condition and vendor packaging within 7 days after arrival. Hygenic liners and tags must still be attached. Must be in resellable condition. We do not accept items with sweat stains, dirt, or makeup. For sanitary reasons, please try on all swimwear over underwear. The customer is responsible for return shipping. We do not refund original shipping charges. Once we received your return, we will notify you via email if the item is accepted. All refunds will go back through your original payment method. Please allow 7-10 business days for your refund to be credited to your account.

Sale items are not eligible for a return.

Please email info@layalabel.com with your name and order number for further instructions. 

Damages and issues

For clothing and swimwear, please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

All jewelry is inspected before being shipped out and is placed in a protective jewelry pouch so that it cannot be damaged during transit. Because there are no ways of knowing if the item has been worn already, no refunds or new jewelry will be sent unless the wrong piece has been delivered.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like jewelry, perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
